FROM MY WORLD
The School Run, Coffee, and Millions
Let me show you what a normal day is like for me, someone who makes over $4 million a year.
You might think my day is super organized, but the great thing about my job is that it's flexible. It doesn't matter if you're really organized or not, you can still do well.
My day kicks off around 7:20 AM. The first thing I do is wake up my daughter, Erica. By the time we’re downstairs, my wife is usually preparing breakfast. We watch some educational videos on YouTube while waiting for our eggs. After breakfast, it’s the usual morning routine: brushing teeth, getting dressed, and warming up the car (a must in chilly Canada).
The school run takes about 15-20 minutes. Once I drop Erica off, I head to my local Israeli coffee shop. This is where the magic happens.
I spend about four to six hours there, focusing on work. If I need to record podcasts, I go back home for a quieter environment. But most of my work, like writing emails and creating promotions, happens right there in the coffee shop. I’ve found that a change of scenery boosts my creativity and productivity.
I time myself when I work—a productivity trick that keeps me focused.
My primary effort goes into creating effective communication with my market, whether it’s writing emails, scripting videos, or working on promotions. For promotions, I have a systematic approach. I follow a checklist: review the webinar, outline the offer, write emails, and coordinate with my technical assistant.
This systematization makes my life significantly easier.
After my coffee shop stint, I focus on personal time. I try to have intimate dinners with my wife to maintain our connection, which can be challenging with two kids.
Despite my financial success, my life isn't drastically different from anyone else's—it's just that I do things by choice, not out of necessity.
The beauty of this business is its versatility.
I’ve seen people who, upon mastering this strategy, moved to Thailand, built mansions, and now spend their days at the beach or club.
This model supports any lifestyle, so whatever your preference, you can make it work.

LESSONS FROM LEGENDS
COVID-19 Couldn't Stop Him
When the COVID-19 pandemic brought the world to a standstill in 2020, businesses scrambled to adapt. Yet, amidst the chaos, some marketers like renowned email marketer Ben Settle not only survived but thrived.
Settle's secret weapon? His unwavering commitment to daily emails.
In a time of unprecedented disruption, Settle's daily emails became a beacon of consistency for his subscribers. Receiving an email from him every day provided a much-needed sense of normalcy and reliability.
This constant presence in their inboxes kept his brand top-of-mind and his audience engaged, even as the world around them changed.
But Settle didn't stop there. He also adapted his content to address the unique challenges of the pandemic, offering timely advice and practical strategies for navigating the new normal.
Whether it was tips for working from home, dealing with financial stress, or staying productive during lockdown, Settle's emails were always relevant and helpful.
This showed his understanding of his audience's needs and deepened their connection to his brand.
Settle's experience underscores a crucial lesson for all marketers: In times of crisis, consistent, relevant communication is more important than ever. It provides stability, builds trust, and keeps your audience engaged.
So, take a cue from Ben Settle. Commit to regular, valuable communication with your audience, and be ready to adapt your message to meet their changing needs. By doing so, you'll not only weather the storm but emerge stronger on the other side.
MINDSET MAKEOVER
The Guy Who Tried to Sell a Report for $2.99...
There's a lot of noise in the world of online marketing. Too many people are getting it wrong, focusing on the wrong things, and then wondering why they're not making any money.
Recently, a guy emailed us, complaining that he couldn’t afford paid traffic and that the little traffic he could afford wasn’t converting. So, we checked out his offer. It was a $2.99 report that exposed the "dirty tricks" used by marketing gurus.
Now, it’s no wonder he wasn’t making any money. Who in their right mind would spend money on a report about how they’re being scammed?
Here’s why he was doomed from the start.
First mistake: Trying to sell a $2.99 report. Even if he sold 100 copies, that's just $299. You can't build a business on such tiny margins.
Second mistake: Selling something people don’t want. Nobody wants to spend money on being told they’re being tricked. That kind of information should be free.
But the biggest mistake is his mindset. Spending two months writing a dirt-cheap report to expose gurus?
That’s a rotten money mindset.
People with that kind of mindset will never make money, no matter how good their traffic or offers are. It's about personal responsibility and having the right attitude toward money.
To change your financial results, you first need to change your mindset. Understand that your current income is a direct reflection of your current mindset and habits.
To break out of it, you need to change your environment.
Surround yourself with people who make more money than you, and you’ll see your income rise because your mindset and perception will change.
Let me share a practical example. My daughter didn't want to continue her dance class one day. Instead of forcing her, I reframed it. I asked her if she wanted to go back and play with her friends, and she happily returned.
Framing is powerful.
It changes how people perceive things and make decisions.
So, if you’re stuck, look at your environment and your mindset. Are you hanging out with people who bring you down? Are you focusing on the wrong things?
Take responsibility for your financial situation and aim to become the kind of person who earns the money you want to make.
