FROM MY WORLD

Starving Crowds and the Truth About Competition

Have you ever walked into a room, seen a bunch of people hustling, and thought, “There’s no way I’ll fit in here”?

Igor Kheifets has a message for you: the internet isn’t a crowded room—it’s an unlimited fountain.

A lot of people come to me worried about market saturation. They’re convinced there’s no way to break into an industry when “everyone” is already there.

I tell them they’ve got it all wrong. The marketplace isn’t some glass of water that gets emptied every time someone takes a sip. It’s a fountain—gushing with new prospects every single day.

Take my hometown abc in Israel, for example. I lived in a small, hick town, one of those places tourists pass through on their way to the Dead Sea. It’s tiny.

The market is so specific it’s laughable—mostly Russians and Germans coming for health treatments. You’d think it would be impossible for so many businesses to thrive here. And yet, the town’s full of shuttle drivers, hotel owners, and Dead Sea product sellers, all making good money.

Even in this tiny town, there’s enough demand for everyone. The only time things slow down is when we’re in a state of war. As soon as the dust settles, everyone’s back to making money.

Here’s the thing: if there’s competition in your market, that’s a good sign.

It means money’s flowing there. You should be more worried if there’s no competition—that’s usually a sign no one’s buying.

Now let’s talk about the online space. The make-money-online niche, for example, is massive.

But a lot of people think it’s too crowded. They see a handful of gurus and assume the whole market is tapped out. What they don’t realize is that these so-called “gurus” are only competing for silver—maybe 10% of the market at best.

The remaining 90%? Totally untouched.

And here’s the kicker: new people enter these markets every single day. People lose their jobs, retire, or just get tired of the 9-to-5 grind. These folks are hungry for solutions. They’re eager to pay for what you have to offer.

So how do you know if your market is worth pursuing?

  1. Check for activity. Is the crowd talking? Are there forums, groups, or communities buzzing with engagement?

  2. Follow the money. If you see businesses thriving, that’s your green light.

  3. Think smaller. Go niche within a niche. Instead of just “weight loss,” think “weight loss for busy moms” or “keto meal plans for beginners.”

Let me leave you with this: stop buying into the scarcity mindset.

The internet isn’t running out of leads. If anything, the marketplace is expanding faster than ever. Every day, you’ve got more people coming online, looking for answers, and willing to pay for them.

So, what are you waiting for? There’s more than enough for everyone—especially those bold enough to take their share.

MINDSET MAKEOVER

The Truth About the Lie That’s Holding You Back

Let me tell you something: the worst advice I ever followed was “Fake it till you make it.”

It’s a line that gets thrown around so casually in the business world, but let’s be honest—it’s complete garbage.

When I started out, I tried to follow that mantra. I’d put on this fake persona, pretending I had it all figured out.

But here’s the thing about pretending: people can smell it a mile away. Whether it’s through your emails, your videos, or even face-to-face, there’s this energy that gives you away. You can’t fake authenticity.

And here’s the kicker: even if you manage to fool someone into working with you, you’ll attract the wrong kind of people—people who are just as fake and uncommitted as the persona you’re putting out there. Trust me, that’s a recipe for disaster.

The real secret? Radical honesty.

Own where you are in your journey. If you’re just starting out, say so. There’s no shame in being a beginner—as long as you’re showing your prospects that you’re willing to work hard and you’re committed to learning.

When I shifted to this approach, everything changed.

I stopped pretending to have all the answers and instead focused on what I could offer: my hunger, my hard work, and the knowledge I was gaining from studying successful people in my field.

Once I started being honest, people actually respected me more.

I’d tell them, “Look, I’m not at the top yet, but I’m climbing. Here’s what I’ve learned so far, and if you join me, we can grow together.” It wasn’t just refreshing for them—it was liberating for me.

So ditch the “fake it till you make it” nonsense. Instead, commit to owning your truth. It’s not only the ethical thing to do; it’s the smart thing.

Authenticity builds trust, and trust is the foundation of any successful business relationship.

Remember, people don’t need you to be perfect—they need you to be real.

How To Build A $500,000 Per Month Business Opportunity With John Crestani

Once upon a time in a distant land of Corporate America lived a young man. He worked for a Pay Per Click advertising agency. He was very passionate about proving himself and so he studied the art and science of PPC vigorously until he mastered it. He got so good at managing PPC campaigns for clients, it wasn’t unusual for him to 10X his clients’ businesses using his smart-bidding PPC tactics.

Seeing all the value he was creating for his clients and his employer, our hero worked up the courage to ask for a raise. Sitting across the desk, his boss leaned back in his chair and asked “…of what?!”

John Crestani recalls this to be the moment when he lost interest in ever working for other people. He soon left the agency and started an affiliate marketing business online.

Today, almost 6 years later, John runs Internet Jet Set, an online education company that teaches average people with no business experience how to become super affiliates and live the 4-hour work week.

John has scaled his company from a standstill to $500,000 per month in revenue. And I thought it’d be cool to pick his brain for half an hour to see if I can get him to spill some secrets.
