FROM MY WORLD
The "One Thing" That Separates Successful Entrepreneurs From the Rest
Have you ever felt like you didn't belong?
I know I have.
When I was 12, my family picked up our lives and moved halfway across the world. I found myself in a foreign land where I didn’t speak the language, had no friends, and had zero clue what these kids were obsessed with—Pokémon, what?
We barely had Disney movies back in Ukraine.
To say it was a rough transition is putting it mildly.
But there was this one other kid who moved with us, Pavel. And within a week, he was practically a celebrity. Kids swarmed him, calling him out to play and hanging on his every word.
Why? Because Pavel was a killer soccer player.
He had this superpower that made everyone gravitate to him without him even trying. Meanwhile, I was still fumbling with “hello” and “thank you” in Hebrew.
It took me years to understand what set him apart. He had a superpower. Something that made him stand out from the crowd. Meanwhile, I had… nothing. At least, not yet.
When I started in online marketing, I found myself in the same position—chasing every shiny object, trying to be a copycat guru, and failing miserably.
I’d copy everything the top guys were doing—their videos, emails, their sales pitches… But no matter how many times I Ctrl+C’d and Ctrl+V’d, I didn’t get the same results.
Why? Because nobody knew me for anything.
Then I had a realization: Every successful marketer I admired had one thing they were known for.
Frank Kern? List-building genius.
Jeff Walker? The Launch Formula guy.
Mike Filsaime? Software wizard.
Dan Kennedy? The Renegade Millionaire.
Each of these people had one unique superpower. One skill they were the best at. That’s why they succeeded where everyone else failed—they became that guy for that thing.
So, I decided to stop trying to be everyone else’s clone. I was going to find my superpower. And after much trial and error, I became the “Solo Ads Guy.”
That one shift—finding my superpower—made people notice me. Instead of chasing clients, they started coming to me. It was like flipping a switch. No more guessing games or chasing trends. I had one thing I did better than most people, and it made all the difference.
If you’re reading this and still scrambling to stand out… stop. You don’t need to be good at everything. You just need to be great at one thing. Focus on finding your superpower and let the world know about it.
So, what’s your superpower?

MINDSET MAKEOVER
The Excuse That Keeps You Stuck
Here’s something I see all the time:
People reach out asking for free coaching, promising to pay me back once they start making money. They say they’re broke, that they can’t afford even a $47 investment.
But let me tell you something—the moment someone says they can’t put down a little cash on their own growth, it’s never about the money. It’s about their commitment.
I’ve been there, too. When I was dead broke and juggling two jobs, I didn’t buy courses or invest in my future. Instead, I blew money on useless stuff like Zippo lighters. I bought one with an AC/DC logo, another with a skull design… completely pointless buys. It wasn’t that I didn’t have the money. My priorities were just all wrong.
This is what’s happening when people claim they’re too broke to buy a book, a course, or invest in a mentor. They’re choosing to spend their cash elsewhere. They have an Emotional Budget that they allocate to whatever they find important at the time.
Think about it: How many people do you know who are “broke” but still manage to buy the latest gadgets, go on vacations, or even just have a six-pack of their favorite beer on hand every weekend?
They always find the funds for stuff that matters to them. But when it comes to investing in their future, suddenly, the bank’s dry.
Money isn’t the real problem—it’s commitment.
If you’re serious about changing your life, you’ll find the money.
You’ll sell something, skip eating out, or pick up a side hustle. Why? Because you know that the return on investment is worth it. It’s not about what’s in your wallet today—it’s about what you’re willing to sacrifice to get where you want to be.
So, the next time someone claims they’re too broke to afford coaching, don’t buy into the story.
They just don’t want it bad enough.
And if that’s you—if you’ve been holding back because of “money”—ask yourself: Is it really about cash, or are you just afraid of committing?
Because if you’re not willing to put skin in the game, don’t expect to win.
